Shipping & Returns



For items that are in stock, and if you live in Nepean, Ontario, Canada, the order will be delivered the next business day by me personally! Probably near supper time. If not in stock, you will receive an email to that effect with expected delivery date. Items like t-shirts and mugs are not delivered by me.


For now, I ship to Canada and the USA.


I have tried to set up my store so that you have several shipping options. Just choose the appropriate one when you're checking out.


We have a 30 day return policy. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.

To qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them. 
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items with discount codes applied CAN be refunded.

Some things that disqualify a product for exchange or refund:

  • Items not in original condition.
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded - only regular priced items qualify.
  • Exchange/refund process initiated more than 30 days after purchase.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, they qualify for an exchange. We will replace it with the same item, if possible. If not, we will issue a refund. Please contact us at on our contact page, and we will send you an address to ship the item to. Please include your order number.
Once we receive the item back from you, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received it. After inspection, we will send you another email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. Often those two emails will be combined into one.
If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed. If it's an exchange, we will send the replacement item to you. If it's a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing can take longer than you expect or would wish, which is out of our hands, sorry. :(
If it's taking a long time to receive your refund, first check your bank account or credit card one last time. :) Then, contact your bank or credit card company, because it can take some time before a refund is processed and posted.
If at least 30 days have passed since we informed you of a successful refund, and you still have not received your funds, please contact us on our contact page. Please include an order number. We will try to make things right!

Contact us to initiate the exchange or return, and we will send you the address to mail your item to.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Where you live determines how long it will take for an exchanged product to reach you.

For items of high worth (say, over $100), you should consider using shipping insurance and a shipping service that provides a tracking number.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but of course will try to do everything we can on our side to make it happen. Once we give the item to the postal service, it's out of our hands.
